my namesake is gone

Our precious "BING", our 20 Y.O.+ female cat was released from our care today at the vets office. She lived the first 5 years on a farm. She lost a back leg due to cancer back in 04. A cute gray active loving kitty that will be missed forever. It is hard right now and I know many of you have felt what we are feeling now. We are proud to have been her caretaker.

I lost Cody GrayFal, my avatar in June after 18.5 years - it sure has put a hole in our life.

I lost my 19 year old monster cooncat a few years ago. We sure miss him, tho we bleed a lot less now.

I am so sorry for your loss, 1950bing. It will be a big void for a long time to come but the good memories will stay with you forever and the the very sad memories will fade away eventually.

I had no idea that some of our other members also lost their precious pets. I am so sorry to read that.

Our Taffy died several years ago already but, looking at my avatar, mainly brings back happy memories now of our precious cat. I hope that it will be the same for you all eventually. I am sure, you took care of him very well, 1950bing.
