    1) How happy were you with our last service call

    Negative 10

    2) Is there anything else you would like to comment on?

    When I report No PHONE(Especially Phone), Internet, TV and you promise to
    be here between 8am and 12 noon there is a reason I gave you my Verizon Cell
    number. Remember I said that the intercom system will be dialing out on a
    land line and calling back on my landline (Remember I have no phone service)

    Your brilliant tech essentially dialed my home phone that is out of service.
    Your tech got my Verizon voice mail and the greeting clearly states my PHONE
    number that happens to be out of service. It went to my voice mail!

    You guys essentially ruined my day! Blew me off! And now tell me I was not
    home.

    All along you have my cell number, I get your text messages, and confirmations
    that you are going to arrive between 8 and 12. All of this communication
    and you still can't connect the dots!

    on time used to be worst than it is now. They need better trained reps. When They service my home they are here for hours and end up waiting for a Supervisor

      I have had Verizon FIOS for 8+ years ( Internet, TV, and Land Line ). Our area was the first in the country to get Verizon FIOS. I have had great customer service. The people have been very knowledgeable and they have given us many things for free that they could have charged me for. They have been to our house 4 times for installations, upgrades, and service call.
