best credit card for AA miles other than Citibank

Citibank just plain and simply will not give me another credit card, because of what they call "abuse." What else is out there that will let me dump miles in to my AAdvantage account??

I have a Citibank AAdvantage card that I use to accumulate American miles. What do they mean by abuse ? I don't understand how you can abuse your card ???
The other card I use for AA miles is Starwood American Express

I was behind on payments about a year ago. Bottom line is they don't want me. So I need an alternative.
