      I don't think I have ever seen him. Possibly because Im probably not as old as you. or, maybe its because I didn't watch much TV back in the day. Either way, Im sure your right.

        You might want to watch Lawrence of Arabia or Dr. Zhivago or the 1968 version of Funny Girl.

          He was very, very handsome and charming. We used to live in a big apartment building in north Jersey, and people always told us how Omar Sharif came there to play bridge! I'm sure he hadn't been there for ten or twelve years by the time we got there, and yet the ripples of excitement were still haunting the place.

              He was a great actor and these were great movies too. Dr. Zhivago made me cry so much but I still remember the beautiful scenery too and the beautiful song. We are losing so many old but great actors now. It is getting scary.
