Best site other than Shutterfly for photo processing?

I signed up with Shutterfly, but I don't love their "gift" options (especially that they make you put text over the photo in a lot of things) and they seem kinda pricey for anything other than plain 4x6 prints. Do you have another service that you like better?

I am a Smugmug fan and like it so much better than what Apple has to offer. I never print myself but I have ordered prints for older friends who do not use a computer and I liked the quality of the prints. They do not have a free website but you can try them out for 14 days.

Thanks, iconnections and bigfrank! I'd like to avoid paying for smugmug (and their storage/library management thing isn't really what I'm most concerned with), but I'm glad to know that you are so pleased with it. Snapfish looks like it offers more of what I'd like in terms of gift options at better prices than Shutterfly so I'll try that next.
