I'm always infuriated by the computer-generated maze you get when trying to contact customer service by telephone. (I especially hate it when none of their choices has anything to do with why I'm calling.)

Well, some guy has developed a free website to tell you how to bypass those endless mazes and get to a living, breathing human. The list is updated each time a company attempts to thwart the user. That's why I suggest bookmarking this.

Can I just say that voice over IP SO SUCKS!!! Nothing makes me more mad than to call 411 from my cell phone (@$1.50 per call) and not even talk to a human. The cell phone company is making an insane amount of money and the friendly computer voice keeps giving me the wrong blasted numbers!

The one work-around I was really hoping to find on your list was Ticketmaster... that was the most difficult experience I have ever had attempting to reach a human and alas, it did not make the website.
