Oh my goodness, do I love entrepreneurship in this good "young" country of the USA. 
We just watched a Huell Howser production show on KCET and saw the show he made on the "Space Shuttle Cafe". What a wonderful idea because this couple is doing what they love to do best and make a living at it too. Have a look here:

We both enjoy looking at the Huell Howser shows of "California Gold" most every night during our dinner as he also is living his dream too and is very successful at it plus his shows are wonderful to watch because they are all about California.
Let's be honest, in how many countries can you live your dream and make money at it too? We both love the USA and we love living in California. We are so fortunate and thankful too!
