Pat, now I don't need to take any pictures, I'm in bldg A which is the one closest to the beach in the same pic as Frenchmans Reef hotel.

We think we like BBC! Went to the Wyndham 45 minute presentation yesterday. Took 1hr15 and we were the last ones in a group of 8-10 for 9am to get started and the first ones out the door. Did you know that everything in USVI is Duty Free including Timeshares!!
The "A" & "B" buildings are the 'older' buildings on the property....they have different layouts then the C thru G or H? buildings and are not as spacious or have the full kitchen as I understand. Be sure to ask to see a studio and loft unit in these buildings....
and I know someone who does a lot of resale there

Will look around for interior shots.

Here are the interior shots from buildings C thru G

View from the unit out to the balcony

View of the living area - divided into a sleep area and living area - there is a TV in each area, queen bed, full sofabed, huge double closet with safe.

Here is the kitchen (cooktop - no oven) and a close-up of the living area

I own a fixed unit and week as this is how the resort was originally sold.....
Then they started selling 'floating weeks 18-51 and 1-17, with 52 sold as fixed.
Then Fairfield took over and started to sell as a points resort.....
And now Wyndham has taken over ....so who knows what will happen.

I think that I would love to own a fixed week, fixed unit, timeshare. It's got to be such a pleasure, to be guaranteed a particular unit, and week.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

a floating 1-17 would be attractive...we all know Easter shifts and after DS is older, who wouldn't prefer Jan thru April in the caribbean?

              But as you say...who knows.

I think the only time I saw this resort on-line was with II.

Angela, I can't agree with you more.

Pat, what a nice unit and super location this is at St. Thomas. I saw the heading now. How long a flight is it? It looks like the ideal place to visit most years.

I can get non-stop from New York and it takes a little more then 3 hours flight time...not bad at all. The airlines list it as a 4 hour flight but it isn't once you are up in the air.
We LOVE to visit Aruba but St Thomas is so beautiful....the ocean, the mountains, the rough teraine(sp). Also visiting St John is a wonderful experience - sooooo beautiful and untouched.
