Trigeminal Neuralgia?

Thanks all,
Much less pain today and when I did have it, the duration was much shorter.
It takes your body several days to get used to the medication so still having some dizziness and general foggy brain.

I hope that this 'bout' responds to the medication - and I do not need to resort to surgery.
