      Thanks for posting this.

I am not a big cereal person but will give it a whirl. Has anyone tried this is it any good?

I tried it a few years ago. It's pretty good. If it's the Kashi I'm thinking of, it's lots of different kinds of pieces, all different shapes and textures. We were eating it dry as a snack--in milk it got mushy too fast.

OH the only cereal that I actually like mushy is Raisan Bran.

I used to eat this all the time. I love it. But I stopped because after awhile I found that it really wasn't keeping me full through the morning. Went back to plain old boring oatmeal.

As I read the title of this thread, I was thinking, "Who is Kashi Cereal, who is holding him captive, and why?"
“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

                “You shouldn't wear that body.”

Kashi is a great company. Their foods are all natural, and have no preservatives, additives, artificial coloring, etc.

                    Thanks!!!

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.
