Me too, and I was thinking that if i had #1 I could get the rest couldn't I? (OK maybe not the genius IQ but being so close already that one isn't necessary.... )
You forget an incredible luck. I will take that over any of these. My 2nd choice will be happy myself and with people I love. My 3rd choice will be health enough and be able to make ends meet.
Don't really matter about #4, and don't believe it is achieveable, very likely even when achieve will hate myself.
Don't know the condition of #1 and #3. I am really afraid you will have very very poor but Genius IQ, or 20M in hand then have no idea how to use it then loss everything in few months along with the health.
I've thought a lot about the old adage about money corrupting people and how people with money are unhappy.
After that considerable thought, I have come to the irrefutable conclusion that there is no scenario that exists where if I had $1M more than I do now that I would be less happy. And, that could be at any given time in my life.
Hahahhahahhahahhhahaha.......sorry, you left out your 4 legged friends, which of course brings us back to that darn #1.
and aren't they family?
Money is great I can find many uses for it. I am a punkrocker at heart and minimalism comes with my roots. I can and have lived very sparely when needs dictated. Are all the trimmings wonderful? Of course they are.
I think the genius IQ would be quite useful but I have noticed how happy truly stupid people can be.

If you have good health, you can enjoy life anywhere like sitting on a bench in the sunshine soaking up the view and sounds and feel good.
If you have $20M but do not have health or feel well, you are miserable and can't do much with that money to enjoy even the simple pleasures of life. We can't buy health or youth as much as we would like.
Good health would be my first choice but that's not on your list. Next is the 20M.
Yep, I had the unoriginal thought that I could buy with others with the bucket of cash. I think that money can solve some health issues by research, getting seen by the best doctors in the field, etc. I would fly them in for Mom, who has Lupus, among other things. I'd want her to have a personal nutritionist (tho not chef, she likes to cook!), physical therapist, etc.
If I no longer had to work for a living AND could afford to have the things done to this house that need em, I could be way happier. I could also set up a foundation to give money to worthy causes. The tiny amounts I send now seem stupid, like they won't help anything.
I'm not into plastic surgery, so really don't care about supermodel looks, but, I would work out a lot more if I didn't have to work. I wouldn't build a home gym (I like separation) but could go ahead and hire the personal trainer frequently, get massages more often after the workouts, and gift memberships to those who would like to join the health club, but find the annual fees to be way too steep.
I already think I'm a jeanious so I would not go back to school, but would have time to study whatever interested me.
