Fern I thought you lived in Vegas. Did you move?
I'm considering going to Syria! Seems lots of American gals lately enjoy going there. Maybe there's great shopping in Syria? I already know I love their food!
Until then, I'm going to DC next, then HHI, then either Hawaii or Mexico.

The next trip for us will be in June to Nashville for the CMA Music Festival. We are staying at the FF Nashville. After that, we will be traveling to the Big Island of Hawaii, staying at the FF Kona Hawaiian Village in August before the kids go back to school.David

Going to a city for a change
We are planning on taking the train into Chicago for 3 or 4 nights this summer. We have been to Indianpolis a few times, but only to Chicago once. The kids want to do a big city and they are excited about the aquarium/museum. Next year we are going to have a plethora of timeshare weeks though![COLOR="MediumTurquoise"]AMY!![/COLOR]

DD & BF & I to Marriott Newport Coast in June
Sending Niece to one of the Myrtle Beach Marriotts - I forget which one - in June
Have July 4th at Silverleaf Hill COuntry - but don't think I will be able to get off
And then Family Vacation for 2 weeks in Colorado - Inn of Silvercreek followed by Fairfield Pagosa Springs
Offered my other brother a week - the only places he could think of were Coastal Maine in June or July or Victoria or Vancouver in June or July -
He doesn't understand timeshare!!!!

I don't live in Vegas. I live near Vegas, in Henderson, NV. Henderson is the city directly south of McCarran Airport.
And yes, it does "count." Its not like I go to Las Vegas every day, ya know.
We're very provincial here. I don't go "down to the Strip" or "crosstown" to Summerlin without good reason (generally company in town)

The FS Aviara is a beautiful resort not far from San Diego. The only problem is that we may have the June Gloom and it will not be as clear as your picture here at Lake Tahoe. The June Gloom are grey or misty days and very depressing. The sun doesn't come out until late in the afternoon or not at all. We have May gray too but last year, we had beautiful clear and sunny days as the weather is so different from usual. Going to San Juan Bautista and Monterey next weekend for Mother's Day.
Next planned timeshare vacation is Christmas in Sedona.
I want to pick up a last-minute exchange to Maui to attend a Wayne Dyer weekend October 26-28.
