Thanks! Mine was included. Options were to buy a new one and get $150 rebate (or $300 the really expensive kind), or to have a free repair. I decided to keep a little more out of the landfill and a little more in my pocket, and opted for the repair. Thanks for the info.

Glad to know this news got to you!

According to the faq's they recommend that you don't use the washer if it is unattended....the risk increases if one has used liquid rinse agent in the washer....that is where the problem is found, around that little part of the machine.

WOOHOO! Nothing more fun than to watch the dishwasher run.

Course it beats washing them by hand, or setting the house on fire.
