Now I love Gurney's too. Now we will all be bidding against each other. It's like some sort of Civil War historical romance. Brother...fighting brother!

Even DH, who says NO MORE TIMESHARES, was studying the Gurney's resale list very closely.

Don't worry.....There are probably enough Gurney's timeshares, to go around. If we really all decided to purchase one.

      What were the resale prices?

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

Shoulder season seemed pretty reasonable, if it weren't for that killer maintenance fee. High summer ranged from $12,000 to $20,000.

Oh, here you go. They handed this flyer out to everybody as they checked in, along with the Gurney's magazine.

Wk 36 @ 2,995 seems like a very good deal. DH just told me to buy it, if I wanted. We like going when it's not too crowded. That's the first week the kids will be back a t school. It's a studio, tho. I'd rather have a one bdrm. Still....

            Harborside

I would also be interested in Gurney's but the weeks I like are more than what I would spend for a studio or 1BR.

I will probably buy into Trade Winds Cruise Club . I'd love to own a Marriott or FF Nashville or FF Santa Fe but don't want to buy anymore for trading. shaggy

Four Season's Aviara but the maintenance fees are too high.

The Four Season's Aviara would be on my list if a) they got rid of all the cat and dog dander built up from their pet friendly, allergy unfriendly policies and b) the resort actually had nice views of the Pacific Ocean.
