    Lucky Day

    Last night I was at a wedding when I got a text message from DD asking me to call home. Expecting the worst, I called. DD told me she got a call from the local soccer league that I won first prize in their raffle - $200. I bought $5 worth of tickets from my niece. I have been buying these tickets for 20 years from my children, neighbors, neices and nephews etc. and never won a cent. In fact, I never even heard of anyone winning. So I am doing the happy dance. It's not a lot of money, but it sure brightened my day!

                Nice that something good happened! Enjoy the 'windfall' and I agree, use it for something you would not normally do for yourself!

                          Thanks to all of you. It isn't really the money, but when a little luck comes your way you feel like a new person.
                          I just figured I got my wedding gift money back!
