Just back from SoCal

Our family is just back from a great trip to vist the mouse and other adventures in SoCal.

I normally wouldn't post this news but something happened just before our trip that was surprising. There was a post of a II sighting for the resort we were trading into for the same time we were going. Becuase of this post I was able to get a second unit at Marriotts newport coast for our week. So my DW and I had a unit all to ourselves and the kids ( 23, 22 & 19) had a unit to themselves. What a peacefull vacation!! Even though we would have had enough room in one unit having 2 units made our vacation truely relaxing.

Good thing you got the other room it gets crowded when the kids jump into bed in the morning.

I will bet the kids were really happy not having to sleep on those bumpy pull out beds.
