From a shopping center website:
Spiegel Group said today it is closing 60 underperforming Eddie Bauer stores across the country.
And more could follow: Spiegel will continue to "evaluate the financial performance" of its remaining Eddie Bauer stores and "make decisions going forward regarding the possibility of additional store closures," the company said.
Analysts have speculated that Spiegel might ultimately close as many as 300 Eddie Bauer stores.
I have cut the sections from the website that are pasted here, but there is more at ICSC: International Council of Shopping Centers
Kinda looks like if you like the items, get them now.Don

The stock symbol is EBHI, if you look at their news, you will see they closed few stores and buy back some long term debt, but look at this moment is still O.K.
