What is the one odd snack that you get a craving for about once or twice a year that you have either never seen anyone else eat or cringe while admitting:

I'll go first as today was just one of those days. Mine is actually pretty healthy, high iron content, lo carb and lo calorie but it is wierd.

smoked oysters from a tin on a buttered toast. I imagine they look very unappetizing to most.

I normally don't eat ice cream nor potato chips, but about once a year I like to eat them together...you know use the ice cream as a dip for the potato chip..oh, and it has to be chocolate ice cream. I don't know how it started but I've been doing it about 20 years. Sometimes it may be 2-3 years between cravings. How weird is that one!

I'm not sure how weird it is, but sometimes I eat peanut butter, with bananas on white bread. Usually, my kids and DH roll their eyes.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

no, that's delicious! In fact i haven't done that in a long time, I usually just eat the bananas with the peanut butter, but the sandwich sounds great!

Mine, though I eat it more than twice a year, is scrambled eggs with cottage cheese.

Mine is one of two, either potato chips with chocolate drizzled over them or popcorn with chocolate drizzled over them. DH looks at me an makes a gagging face when he sees me melting the chocolate bar!!!

Ther's just something about chocolate and salt that really satisfies my cravings.

That was Elvis Presley's fav sandwich. Nothing really unusual but one time when I was on Tradewinds Cruise Club I didn't like supper so I fixed me peanut butter on French Bread. I thought the German couple were going to throw up!! They were gagging , I was laughing as I tried to get them to try it.

Does Potato and Eggs count if I use a lot of Oregano when cooking and sometimes like Ketchup with them, eat them Cold left over the next day too even better if I used onions when I first made them.

Today at the grocery store I saw that Reese's is selling special Limited-Edition Elvis peanut-butter cups, with peanut butter and banana creme.

I love smoked oysters. My kids love it too. When we go out for the day, or have family meals, we'd open a few tins and have them with cheese and crackers. The kids are always requesting it.

See that, it's a meal fit for a king.

I'll tell my kids that, the next time they give me that look of theirs.

Mine is a plain rippled potato chips and mustard sandwich. I use to eat them all the time when I was a kid. I don't have it as much now.

Pickled herring is my downfall. Mmmm. My wife won't come near me after eating that due to the "aroma" of my breath!
