It was Paella, that was being prepared at a feast in Marbella. The feast took place in the park located in the center of the town of Marbella. It was wonderful, with many families dressing up in traditional Spanish dress, (I have pics somewhere.) and preparing the best of traditional Spanish foods. There was music, and dancing, as well. We really enjoyed it.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

I've never seen it being prepared though I've enjoyed many times.
              Thanks.

                              Thanks Pat.

Those peaks in the background are the Grand Teton Mountains, just south of Yellowstone. Thought some may like to know.

                              • Angela -- your pictures of Belgium are so pretty! I was in Brugge and Brussels over 20 years ago and as soon as I was scrolling through this thread and got a glimpse of the rooftops, I knew your pictures were of Brugge. I toured Europe when I was 25 and we were almost going to skip Brussels. We were so pleasantly surprised by its beauty and it was one of my favorite places -- stuck in my mind despite all the beer we consumed during that youthful hostelling adventure! For the record, at the time, Belgium's youth hostels were among the best. Anyways Angela -- thanks for stirring up some very pleasant memories for me
