Wow! There are some very talented photographers among us. I definitely feel intimidated, but will see if I can figure out how to share a few of my poor offerings.

Everybody's pictures and hints and reporting entice others to get out and GO! They want to see and do for themselves.

Photo posting instructions
When I wanted to post photos, Steve Nelson was kind enough to instruct me.
I share this with you.
---------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------
This is the URL of a photo I wish to post; (I’ve lit the important part with blue for your ease of seeing what I’m about to tell)
<table style="width:auto;"><tr><td><a href="http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/DW9m4CCGeQKFSGhiJTWMww?authkey=ONSVfarTsxs&feat=em bedwebsite"><img src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/_is2GB2Iypak/SZhWyh6kYRI/AAAAAAAAJsA/elizqP1CmXQ/s144/HPIM0794.JPG" /></a></td></tr><tr><td style="font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:11px; text-align:right">From <a href="http://picasaweb.google.com/RESORT2ME/VB2009FEB?authkey=ONSVfarTsxs&feat=embedwebsite">V B2009FEB</a></td></tr></table>
Look for the src=” This and everything prior gets deleted.
Find the large JPG” Delete the quote marks and everything that follows.
Do you see the s144? That number may be changed… I use 800 so that it reads s800. This will increase the photo size you post.
Here’s an example of URL after trimming for posting to TS4MS;
http://lh3.ggpht.com/_is2GB2Iypak/SZhWyh6kYRI/AAAAAAAAJsA/elizqP1CmXQ/s800/HPIM0794.JPG
To this, there has to be to the end. Note, the last one includes the slash mark.
You may have the [img] stuff added by using the little yellow mountain icon, but I find it simpler to just type it in. This all may be done in the area of posting.

You may include words before and after, to your liking.Robert

A few pictures from our hike in the SF Bay Area
We hiked the "Black Mountain Trail" above Los Altos, CA yesterday. It was pitch dark when we started the hike, and had a great time viewing the spectacular sunrise over the San Francisco Bay Area. I failed to get decent pictures of the sunrise using my point-and-shoot camera, but got these instead

Surfer at Santa Cruz Natural Bridges State beach
It was beautiful warm weather in Santa Cruz on November 1, 2009. The locals were enjoying the weather and watching the sun set at the Natural Bridges State beach/park. While we saw most of the surfers leaving the beach at the end of this beautiful day this guy was coming in to do some surfing during sunset.WorldMark Owners - Take back our club! |Email me at ts4ms@kapeesh.com as it is easier for me to respond than Private Messages. | Exchanges:Disney's Old Key West (Orlando), Four Seasons Aviara (Carlsbad, CA), Marriott Timber Lodge (Tahoe), Tahiti Resort & HGVC/Strip (Las Vegas), Wyndham Flagstaff, Star Island Resort (Kissimmee) & Pono Kai (Kauai). Fall in Yosemite National Park, CA.
Fall in Yosemite National Park, CA is wonderful! Visiting the park in the middle of a fall week, we encountered no crowds. Only a few artists who were painting and photographing were seen and the wildlife moved freely though the park. Upper and lower Yosemite falls as well as Bridal Veil Fall still were flowing.
The fall colors were spectacular!!
