Our friend's daughter's friend worked on this web site and it is super fast and quite accurate what we found in our neighborhood. Prices are coming down here in CA and OR too, we noticed. I have to check Hawaii too. I don't believe it is for outside the country yet.

This service is free and they hope to keep it that way if they get enough income with advertising. It is in Beta testing right now. Really amazing!

I checked my house... Its worth more than the website shows, but its not too far off.
It gives you a pretty good idea

One thing is that is really interesting to me is..

When I moved in.. my house was listed at 1830 sqft.. there was a room built into the 3rd car part of the garage. It seemed like a workshop.. conc floors and such.
We converted it into an office and finished it. We didnt permit it.
When I look at this site, it lists the house at 2128 sqft.. and says it is 1830 with a 298 sq ft addition. Possibly the previous owners got a permit. That would be very cool.

We bought it as a HUD repo, so we never met the previous owner.

I had this site emailed to me from a friend. Really neat. I am a big fan of Google Earth-fun to look at the satellite views-but Google Earth still shows me as vacant land and this site shows me as a house with all the continued improvements I have made along with the estimated market value. It is really close. Cool site.

Oh, I like that one better. Very detailed. It's further behind than the other one-I still show as vacant land and I have been living here about a year and half-so I looked up my old home and sure enough-there's all my stuff
