I've had my roomba for almost a yr and I love it. Two weeks ago it started acting funny. It would start out ok then just go in circles and act like it was hitting a wall or something was in its way. Then when it did come to a wall it would start to climb it and shut off with the wheels partway up the wall.
I called irobot and they said to use a can of compressed air to clean out the sensors on the front. I removed everything that I could without using a scewdriver and used the compressed air on the entire underside. It works like brand new now. Simple solution for my problem. Customer service was very courteous and helpful.
