Frank, in honor of your birthday, I think you should make Charles Barkley's recipe for ribs I heard on the radio the other day. The ingredients include 10 cans of beer and cuban cigars. . The first instruction is "drink 10 beers" I didn't catch what you were supposed to do with the cuban cigars...(Doesn't exactly go with your cleansing routine, though...)
