Congratulations, and keep with it. I give you both a lot of credit. I am the worst when it comes to exercise/dieting. I have no discipline, whatsoever, and have never been able to stick to any kind of program.
This thread has given me the incentive to try again, but......Angela

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

Just joined the gym and want to lose weight?
I have joined a gym where i get access to swimming, classes, gym and ice skating. I would say I have about 3 free days to spend on activities but want advice on the best way to lose weight and tone but making it interesting.
i think that focus on resistance training<lifting weights>. I used to advice members at a gymn. woman are mistakened it will get them bulky. That is not true...it builds strong bones and burns fat quicker than joggin or walking. don't make the mistake of sitting on a bike...won't do a thing.
