Is there anyone out there that can help me design a sticker?

I need to make a sticker that would include a graphic on it. I'm going to use Zazzle or a similar, reasonably priced company to print the stickers for me, but I don't have any software that could be used to design the sticker. I know exactly what I have in mind...I want a theatre marqee with some custom words inside. This is too sophisticated for me to do...while I can find lots of clip art of theatre marquees, you can't put words on a clip art marqee.

Is there anyone out there who can do this easily and wouldn't mind helping me design this? This is not for commercial use.

I can't help, but I can warn you that you better have your AV program up to date if you plan on surfing clip-art sites - they often have little bonus viruses for you.

Sorry I can't help. Am not artistically inclined. I got a virus surfing for avatars a few years ago. Had to scrub harddrive.

I do computer design drawings using AutoCAD, but that is a program the does more of the mechanical designs: homes, autos or the mechanical parts that go into thoses. In my case, I draw transformers, very blocky type drawings. I don't think that will work, even though I can do text, it isn't 'artsy'.

I could probably do better with MS word. I can do some pretty cool things with that, not sure if I will be able to get it to work for your needs. I have another program I use for creating labels. I use that on my wine bottles.

I may be able to help. On the other hand, since you know exactly what you want, I will probably disappoint you.

Don, if you don't mind trying, I would love it. But, I don't know how we could use MS Word to design a theatre marquee with words inside it. I know MS Word comes with clip art, but as far as I knew, you can't fuss with it...right?

I have the clip art, I found a theater font and think I can put them together. I then need to make it a jpg or some image format so that it can be imported onto the round sticker.

We are making progress.

But...you are certainly welcome to using experts, or someone that has better programs.

I bought a new computer (floor model). Between trying to restore it to factory settings and get my stuff on it, that is taking time. Now I don't need to worry about upsetting a young lady on an important day and just focus on screwing up my new computer, you know, the one with the small fonts and icons :-)
