For Father's Day, my daughter, who is in kindergarten, gave me a card where she had to fill in information about me. For instance, "my father's favorite color is_______"


One of the items was, "my father weighs_______" to which she filled in 10 pounds. I told her Daddy didn't weigh 10 pounds, he weighed two hundred and ten pounds, to which she snapped her fingers and replied, "Oh darn! I was so close!"

That's so cute! My son who is also in kindergarten had to do a similar thing for my husband. He had to write "When I grow up I want to be able to ________ like my Dad, because ____________.

He wrote " When I grow up I want to be able to pull weeds like my Dad because he is a really good weed puller."

I just love this age. They are so funny!
