Full Private message box

Sorry I am not sure where I should have posted this....I tried to PM iconnections, nothing important, but said iconnections privat message box or such was full and unable to accept any more till they cleared out some of stored messages. Is this a glitch or if not, geez iconnections clear out the cupboard so we can PM you!!!
