      Hang in there. Check out Tennessee taxes, You may just FLIP that new place.
      Pay would not be the same, but you may like a slower pace even more.

            Scott, didn't know you had a second career in teaching. IMO you deserve every penny of that raise and more. I have two kids in high school and I really value and appreciate the work that teachers do.
