Congrats grandma.....we are a long way away from being grandma and grandpa...but we are excited to be grand uncle and aunt...so we know how excited you are.

    Have fun.

What wonderful news for you - heartfelt congratulations! Now you have to learn how to post pictures on this forum so we can all see your new grandson when he arrives.

If you think you are excited now, it doesn't compare to how you will feel when the little one arrives. We have 7 and got excited when each of them was born. Congratulations!

Congratulations! Being a Grandma is wonderful. I have 4. I went to Tucson for 5 days to visit DD and grandson and just got back this morning. DD was talking about having another baby when her hubby gets back from Iraq. I told her to wait a few months since I didn't want the birth to interfere with my winter vacation!

Booked a Disney vacation for Oct with DS and his family which includes the 2 yr old twins. Trying to get the other ones to join us.

            Congrats

Congrats. We have 4 and love them all, but that first one is really something.

            Nancy

ps. We've timeshared and vacationed with them since they were about 6 weeks old with and without parents.

Wow...overwhelming....you are all so wonderful, sharing in my news. I am not sure I am ready for this....but I will have to be...LOL.

My son asked his Dad ( both in states right now and me and younger son in MX), what is wrong with Mom, I called her to tell her it is a boy and she started crying...I think she has lost it! Hubby said, that is joy and love for you and you will very soon understand how overwhelming mother.child or father.child love can be....plus your mother cries at everything happy!!! LOL

Grest.....a granddaughter...oooooh....shhhh...I wanted a girl since I only have boys...BUT my son wanted a boy so I am thrilled he got his wish. Long as a healthy baby that is what is important so a grandson it is!

IreneLF...ah yes, thanks pull for me to win t/s forum lotto..or even better lotteria, think I may need it!!!

Dori...oh cool...sounds like this is going to be fun....timesharing with family and little ones again.....glad most of my timeshares are bigger units!!!

Pittle....sounds wonderful...oh goodness I already own too many timeshares I think, well maybe not, who knows...my 18 year old son, a timeshare monster we created already owns his own timeshare in Mazatlan. Oh..he is not the soon to be dad, he is the youngest, my eldest is the new to be dad LOL.

MargeS....Oh how I understand, my grandson will be 3500 miles away...

Jackio...so true I have to learn to post pics just of my past vacations and t/s mug and bag....let alone grandson...

PatH...I get it...timeshare addict like me...we might be away for that matter when grandchild is born......but then it will be vacation at timeshare and then to states for me!! Oh goodness!

Nancy...great news, I can start my grandson on the timeshare addict road really young then....wonderful!!!

susieq....so you will be having a new addition to family within a month of me....congratulations to you too!

Some of the best times are interacting with the grandkids when "the parents" are not around! We stay with the girls every year for at least a week while son and DIL get some alone vacation time. Very different dynamic. Very hectic (we forgot just how much work kids can be full time), but very fun as well. Makes us so much closer to them. We get to really know them as the individuals they are.
