Can't access TUG BBS

I keep getting a message saying I am not authorized to view the page. I tried with AOL (I know, I know!) and Internet Explorer. Anyone else having this problem?

Yep, I can't access it either. Ever since their move to the new server, they have had terrible availability problems. I wonder what is going on?

I just came here to see if anyone else was having the same problem. I get the 403 Forbidden message. Since others are getting the same message and cannot get in, I'm sure they will get it fixed soon.

Tug Bbs

Same here in NC. I posted an ad Saturday and when I went to look at it I was not allowed in. Could not get in until yesterday. Now, I am back on house arrest again, it has been down for at least an hour.

I was in the middle of composing a post on a thread when the server started puking on page requests.

I sent a message to Doug Wilson in case he wasn't already aware.

Just try something went to home page.
I was able to enter into the Resort Review Section but I was not able to enter into BBS Forums ( same error message 403).
sound like a file that needs to be open but has encounter an opening file problem.

Well, I am certainly glad you are all having a problem!! I was beginning to take it personally!! Sam 403 error code from here in Cancun too. I am sure it will be fixed soon.

Doug replied back to me. If you've been folliowing the BBS threads over there, you should know that there have been issues with the host about CPU usage associated with the BBS after the migration.

Doug said the server pulled the plug because of CPU usage. They're working on it, but don't know when they will be back up.

It's unclear to me from the message if it the server i9tself shut them down (because it couldn't handle the requests), or if the host cut the TUG BBS off from the server because of CPU demands.
