How can you get an exchange of my choice when I can't??? 
It is not that I am not neat. I am one of the few people I know who when I wash my hands, after drying them with the hand towel I then clean up the water that has splashed around on the basin. The I fold the towel in half and place it back on the towel holder.
I always put the toilet seat lid down.
etc., etc.
There is neat and there is obsessive/compulsive.
The problem with sending her out to do your places is that all the time she is there she would be fretting about her own place.
Do I appreciate her? Why of course. Each time she runs the sweeper I could say, "I appreciate you running the sweeper . . . even more than I appreciated you running the sweeper an hour ago."
