    Black and White
(Under age 40? You won't understand.)

You could hardly see for all the snow,

Spread the rabbit ears as far as they go.

Pull a chair up to the TV set,
When Life Was In Black and White
What I once considered boring, I now consider paradise.

wow. I forgot there was so much stuff on when I was little... must have been reruns for a long time, because I do remember some, and the dates they give are before I was born!

I remember when Sky King came to my small hometown. That was a big thrill. I can't remember yesterday many times, but I remember that tent and the seats and the kids.

I agree with MargeS. There were a lot of shows I know well that were either before I was born, or was very young. I used to watch Sea Hunt all the time, but I remember it at the house we moved to in 1963. Maybe there was a second run of the show.

All those "old" folks I used to watch on TV are somehow younger looking now. It must be that big screen TV. Our was small and had a round screen.
