There is a possibility u will be re-routed as Kay said. This has happened to us.
As Cancun is 'stationary' I am planning on a 'duck and cover' - bring lots of books, our rolling cooler to keep things frosty, those work-out clothes and a few flashlights !!!
You could/should be around to Grand Cayman without a problem - they could end up switching the days you are going to the other stops.
