We all are aware of the need for exercise as a major health benefit.
Since May I have been trying to keep to an exercise program that involves small weights, stretches, and certain yoga postures....but I admit there are days when I am less than enthusiastic about it.
What is your routine? How do you enjoy it rather than dread it?
