I've bought a couple condos and they've had old refrigerators, they work and I'm not living there so they're not being replaced until they don't work. The incredible thing is, they have obviously been there forever and the doors were on 'backwards' with respect to the classic kitchen work triangle stuff. They'd been that way for ever. These are small 'galley' kitchens and you could not walk anywhere when you had the fridge door open, you were stuck in a corner. Took all of ten minutes to switch them.

Since you are not using the fridges, and I am guessing not paying for the electricity, it won't affect you.... not enough time for all the timeshares ®
