I found I have: A small cyst in one Kidney, An enlarged prostate (12 biopsys showed no cancer cells), A colonoscopy (clear), etc.

Now, I'm ready for some HURT and hopefully much relief in days to come.
After a night stay with drain tube, for observation, lots of Percocet and a couple Insulin injections, I'm home by 3:30 pm today.

Hoping for a quiet restful night. Should know in 3 days if surgeon did it right.
Took lots of mass from right side and a smaller amount from left side at L4/L5. "Nibbled" a bit away on Vertabra to allow more room for nerves to not be pinched, pushed or rubbed.

That's a resemblance of his explaination. Four weeks of lying low in recouperation. No jumping or humping. Need to walk off 80 lbs.

Somewhat sore, but after 3 days, not too bad at all.

By walking while healing I should be fine.

Not to twist, bend... all that stuff that is impossable to abide by, but so far, life is grand!!! NOT suffering.

Thank you all for prayers and lending your ears.

Weighed in at 276 for operation on 15 July. This AM I was at 258.
Don't know if that is healthy, but I like the loss.
Hard to believe how hurting keeps me from wanting meals.
