Personally I do not think 10 year old children should be allowed to compete in these contests. Youth and fame are recipes for disaster. She has talent but compared to an adult opera singer she is average. The runner up last season was an adult female opera singer that had a much stronger voice.

the winner last year wasn't that talented and Recycled Percussion (what were they 3rd place or worse) is opening their own show in Vegas. Never heard again about Neal Boyd who won in 08.
