  • Interesting Kindle related websites....

AnySubjects - All you need to know in one place
    Amazon Kindle Reader Site Directory

Found this info on the Kindle Discussion on Amazon.

"When I bought my Kindle reader, I was originally planning to use it mainly as a simple free e-book reader. I live and work in Romania, and getting hold of cheap or free books is not an option, and there are no handy charity shops, where I can pick up last years best seller for a super cheap price, hence my Amazon Kindle was a present to myself, so I could relax, unwind and read.

I really do love all the features on it, from saving the place I last read, to reading to me in its rather robotic voice and explaining all the unusual words I come across, especially ones which no one has used since the middle of the eighteenth century. However, as I am sure you are also equally aware, when it comes to using the Kindle to search on the Internet, I spend more time adjusting the text size, the screen orientation etc, than I do reading the pages, and I decided that as no -one else had the time to do it, I would make it my personal goal to go out there on the web, and track down all the best websites, and test them all via my Kindle, and only show you those websites, which you could read without using the in-built zoom features, or needing to play around with your own Kindle text features. "

Not a personal endorsment - but thought it looked interesting.
Here is the link from the discussion board
Amazon.com: Customer Discussions: New website launched listing only Kindle friendly sites

And here is another site that could be helpful.

Posted by = "Me and My Kindle says:
There's also a web site called best websites for kindle - kinstant that I like a lot.

It lets you type in a URL, and then it formats it specifically for your Kindle, so it loads much faster without any unnecessary graphics!"

    Also worth a look....
