Successful hold on library book

Previously downloaded Overdrive. Went to local library website. Logged in with library card # and pin and email address. Chose a book to put on hold. Easy as pie. All done on ipad2, not computer. Going away for weekend. Hope they download book before I get there.

Good for you! It's pretty easy after the first time. I struggled with the borrowed Nook I have too but now it take me just a minute or two.

When you say you 'hope they download it...', what does that mean? For me, I go onto the library, log in, pick my book and I check it out immediately and download it immediately.

I do have a few requests in (allowed 8) for books that are not currently available for check out. Those I get an email when they do come available and I have 4 days to check it out or it goes to the next person in line.
