I don't know which rock I was hiding under since 1996 when the first of these was released but I started these about 4 weeks ago and am in the midst of volume 3.

Best books I've read in a very very long time.

Has any one else read them? Are they enjoyable through the newly released 5th in the series?

I have read the first 4 and I've been told the 5th is good, too. I think I will start at the beginning again before I try the last one. Ever since the HBO series started these have been impossible to get at the library unless you get on the waiting list at #126.
