Recommendations for audio book sites / programs

Anyone have any good recommendations for websites and / or mobile software applications (iPhone or Android) where I can get free audiobooks? I am looking for stuff that I can download and don't require an active data connection. I will be listening to these in areas where I will have no access to internet (in the car, on a place, etc.).

I'm also interested in eBooks as well, my I am more of a listener to books then a reader depending on the type so both would be appreciated. I do have some of my own, but interested in what others use to see if there are some overlaps.
