  • "24" season premiere THIS SUNDAY!

Jack Bauer now looks like Rip Van Winkle in the previews. Can't wait for the new season of 24, starting this Sunday and Monday too!

P.S. Keifer Sutherland will be on Regis and Kelly show this morning, at any moment now.

Also looking forward Sunday......DH, can't wait.

PS....Isn't Sunday also the season premiere for Desperate Housewives?

Keifer Sutherland was just on Regis and Kelly show. Too bad Regis wasn't on, it was some substitute guy from VHI. Anyway, I never noticed before...in all this time of watching "24"...that Jack Bauer aka Keifer S has huge earlobes!

Hmmm, I wonder what his shoe size is.

        Carol C,

I think he is a size 12 or 13, shoe size of course!

I believe that 24 has become the all time favorite TV show for my life. It may be because once they start the series, they have it every week.

We got season 1-5 at Xmas. (Target had them for $14 on the day after thanksgivings) so we slowly been watching them all. My DS is in season 4 but I'm just finishing season 1.

Season 6- Milo (from season 1) is back for this season, and Chloe again has a big role. Wait, till you see who is the president!! My son was surprised that I guessed it right.

I recently finished the very last season as I rented it from netflix. Our schedule with kids is crazy to try and watch TV at their slotted times. I will just wait to rent it when it comes out on DVD.

I was a bit disappointed with last season and the whole recording of the president issue. It was really not that plausible that the recording had to be held on some little mini-device that everyone was fighting and dying over. JB could have easily solved the whole thing by calling the news or putting the recording on the web and taking the pressure off while exposing the president. With all of CTU's technology it could have been done in seconds from when he had originally obtained the device.

Oh well....I still love the show...and will watch almost every episode in about a weeks time when it comes out on DVD as it is so suspenseful that it is hard to stop watching it. I watch it as fast as netfix can get me the discs.

I know who is the new Prez, thanks to stupid Yahoo reviewer of 24's new season. It came as a yahoo news page when I logged into my mail and I couldn't resist looking, never thinking there would be a major spoiler there! I just hate when reviewers do that! But I should have stayed off the internet as there are spoilers all over the place this week when it comes to 24. Oh well, I'm going to enjoy it and try not to divulge anything to my hubby...I do not want to ruin it for him!

                  another season on the way

24 is my favorite show and the only show that i go out of my way to watch
last season was a little dissapointing so i was hoping this season gets it going again,
the first 4 episodes so far did not disappoint, i dont want to talk about them in case somebody taped it and has not yet watched it

I know from watching that it is truly unique and innovative TV. More happens on it each week than in any 60 minutes in all of history. Well, maybe except for the first six days when God was very busy.

But, it could be that it is at the point where the only way it can outdo itself is by out-grossing itself. It would not surprise me if sometime this season a dark-complected person makes JB's shoe size smaller.

Boy they do have a mess going now. Some friends and I have been speculating on whether or not Jack will live through this day since I think this is the last season for 24. Anyone else wondering about that?

I thought I had read somewhere before that "Jack" had signed a contract for 3 more years. I sure hope that is true.

Per DH, a 24 nut, the word is they are going to film a 24 movie between this and the possible next season, so I think Jack will stay alive through this season. I can't imagine they'd kill him off in the movie since that would preclude a sequel, at least a movie sequel with Jack.

Kiefer Sutherland signed a three year contract for $40million (insert Dr Evil finger to the lips here).

Be careful folks...no spoilers about what happened at the end of the fourth hour this past Monday. And don't forget to watch 24 next Monday at 9 eastern, 8 central time!
