That was fun driving around SF and seeing the sites at night, it made me feel like I was a tourist in my own town. Glad you had a good time.

When we ever make it to south Florida it would be nice to meet up for a drink and go for a ride.

Don’t forget to let all of know how the auctioning of your car went for and if you can get it on video that would be a cool thing to see.

ok I am off to the auction....I am lot 726 and should be on TV around 4:30pm but the range is 4-7pm as this is a LIVE event.

I was wearing a red shirt driving the car on the auction block. My wofe was in the passenger seat. I was also holding onto the ribbons, certificates, etc. It all happened so fast.

$93k was fine...but I really wanted $100k and felt the car was worth $125k as these were the prices LAST year. I guess we are in a car recession!

yep...too bad I did not turn around and face the camera. I was there most of the day and occasionally walked onstage with my cell phone talking to a friend and then managed to wiggle my way to the front and get on camera...it was fun!

I have mixed emotions...I had this for 7 years. When it was NOT a show car it was fun to drive, but now I get too worried to even take it out. Parts and repairs are expensive and it now needs special fuel that costs $8.50 per gallon. I now have more fun with my Jeep Wrangler adn 4-wheel driving.
