Surprised I even thought of it, since I'm not much for what I call their "lounge lizard era" (all the stuff after The Plan, which was the last Osmond album I loved). Although this sounds more disco than lounge lizard to me. "Gutless era" would probably be a better term -- they went from a terrific concept album where they'd written every tune to an incredibly dull and "safe" album where they penned only one tune, and that one not very good. Just depressing.
