Into Nik theses days huh?

I put Human Racing on the other side of a tape with Stewart Copeland on it, because I figured I'd want to listen to them both about equally often. If you remember how much I love Stewart Copeland, you'll know how much I love Nik. Or at least his music -- I confess I haven't read or researched anything like as much about him as I have Copeland and the Police over the years.

Edit: I forgot -- got mad at Kershaw for a while (and didn't get his albums) because I thought the whole "the Riddle" contest was a cheap scam. He apparently had nothing to do with it, beyond starting the whole thing by naming as nonsense song "The Riddle." Re-discovered his later stuff a year or so back.

My brother lives in the LA area (Rolling Hills Estates near Rancho Palos Verdes), and swears the weather there is invariably sunny and in the seventies (I hate heat so he's always trying to convince me it's not as hot in that penninsula as in LA proper). Yearly averages there pretty much support him, however for some reason, every time I think to check (which admittedly is hardly ever, since I'm generally content where we're at), it's either hotter than that or for some other reason I'd just as soon stay put. So I just checked, and it's 63 and overcast there, while we have a nice sunny day in the seventies here in the midwest.
