Went to go see Melissa Etheridge in AC

I wish someone had told me that it was a TV Christmas special I was going to go see. I was so pumped up ready to hear some of her great rock songs only to hear Santa songs and I paid good money to get great seats on the floor.
The concert will be on HD net on Nov 30 and on AOL the next day.

Oh Frank, I'm sorry that you were disappointed. I'm surprised that it wasn't billed as a Christmas Show. That's not right.

Well, was it good anyway? I can't believe it wasn't advertised as a xmas show. Some xmas shows I've been to do both, xmas and then their other music. shaggy

On the ticketmaster site there was no mention of it. On the Showboat site it did not say it but after cliking on the program it did memtion Christmas in one spot. Show was still good but not what I expected and it was not worth the $200 we paid.

I missed your OP, that would have totally ticked me off! Still, I wouldn't mind watching it on tv I guess, but if she comes out with a collection of standards next, it's all over!
