As an attorney and also as a friend, Jim added to the richness and fabric of our office for more than 10 years. Before joining the firm of Baker Hostetler, Jim served for 12 years as Assistant Attorney General for the Florida Real Estate Commission where he made lasting professional and personal relationships throughout the United States. Jim served as counsel for many in the timeshare and real estate industry, including the Disney Vacation Club, Timeshares Only, and many real estate brokerages throughout Florida. Many licensed agents may recognize his name as he authored a continuing education module covering Florida real estate law each year. He was a graduate of the University of Florida and a proud Gator.
He leaves many friends and colleagues who will miss him.
