It has been really c-c-c-old in Arizona for the past few days but it is supposed to start warming up today.

We had a storm on Saturday with a lot of rain and very cool. We definitely need the rain as we are well below 50% and the rainy season will end shortly. Today is is bright and sunny in the low 70's which is a little bit below normal.

NY has had the 2nd warmest winter on record going back to 1868....I loved it!

The "meteorological winter" is over, and it's official: the 2011-2012 season was the second warmest winter on record.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

Set a record high for the first day of Spring in Nashville, TN yesterday. With the warm winter and warm start of Spring, what will Summer be like?

We've been breaking records here in the Chicago area for the last few days, with temps in the upper 70s/80.

We are having crazy beautiful weather. I've been riding around with the top down for a couple of months now. One small little dusting of snow the whole winter. I have all the windows open in the house. We had an ungodly storm last night and I was mopping up the floors this morning. shaggy

This has been a cold and wet year for us in Eastern Washington. We are in the desert area. It is not the norm but not unheard of either. In western Washington they have been hammered with storm after storm including snow which isn't unheard of but not the norm.

I wonder if the wacky weather is being caused by magnetic pole shifts on earth ?

So a little over a week ago, we were at 25 Celsius (77 Fahrenheit) and today it is snowing (5 Celsius, and 0 with wind-chill so 32 Fahrenheit) Our low is supposed to hit -6 Celsius or 21 degrees Fahrenheit.

How is anybody suppose to plan a vacation around that kind of weather?
