20 Safest Cities in the U.S. (using murder rate as the gage)

Looks like California and Texas are the states with the most cities: http://realestate.aol.com/blog/2013/...!slide=6058059

They used other measures than the murder rate, but it appears to be the major one used.

That list is for cities with a population over 200,000. California has many cities on the safe list of 100,000+. Temecula and Murrieta CA where I live are number 2 and 4 safest in the country.
