No one knows where they come from. DNA should give a clue but for some reason no one knows whose feet these are. Feet have been washing ashore in other places as well. An acquaintance found one in the Columbia River while salmon fishing. Beach combers have found a foot on the Oregon Coast. Whats odd to me anyway is that with all of the coastlines it just the Pacific Northwest that has this foot problem.
